From February 1999 – November 2004, he started working with the Pinnacle Homes LLC.  The primary objective was to build residential homes for their customers. This company strives to provide their clients with their dream property with all the desired features and specifications. 

In April 2001, he started working at the Summit Towers LLC and worked there until June 2003. This company was meant responsible for building telecommunications towers in the Southeastern region of the United States. In addition to this, they provide leasing of tower space and site supervision for a variety of commercial and municipal communication needs. 

Since December 2006, MarionThreatt is working with the Crest Construction LLC and this company is responsible for land development for residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Since January 2008, he is serving with the Signal Source LLC, where this company is responsible for building telecommunications towers in the Southeastern region of the United States. They have an extensive experience in the wireless industry and specialize in providing services from Build-To-Suit to Site Development. Not only this, this company delivers impeccable solutions in order to maximize cost-effectiveness, top-quality, and safety, within their services.

Mr. Threatt is also the managing member Focal Point Investment LLC, since December 2014. This company is a certified minority and invests in multi-family, commercial, industrial, and residential communities. Marion is a real estate broker who oversees strategic partnerships with the companies, seeking to increase their portfolios and is highly-active in the site selection and approval process.

Marion Threatt has 17 years of experience in the development of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. And also carries 14 years of experience in the construction and development of telecommunications towers.
