He is ambitious to becoming the best in what he does, and he also strives for greater heights that allow him to give back to the community and mentor to those who may not have a positive example in their lives. Marion helps and supports community by volunteering various organizations supporting social causes like Muscular Dystrophy, Breast Cancer Awareness, and March of Dimes.

During his recreational time he likes to read, play basketball, and visit charity events like St. Jude, Lebonheur and inner city youth.
