Marion Threatt has 17 years of experience developing residential, commercial, industrial real estate, and 14 years of experience in the construction and development of telecommunications towers. He is currently serving as the board member of two privately held companies. Marion completed his bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Memphis. Further, he studied Masters of Business Administration. He majored in Business and minored in psychology.  

Marion has worked in a number of leading organizations throughout his tenure. Initially, he worked with Pinnacle Homes LLC from February 1999 till November 2004. The Company’s primary focus is to build residential homes.

Currently, he is working Crest Construction LLC which is responsible for land development for residential, commercial, and industrial sites. He is also working with Focal Point LLC which specializes in real estate development and brokerage.

Marion Threatt has great problem solving capability, believes in teamwork, has strong communication skills, advanced social and networking skills, and also has the ability to develop customized techniques for accelerated growth. Marion is driven by ambition to becoming the best in each field, he strives for greater heights that allow me to give back to the community and mentor to those who may not have a positive example in their lives. Marion helps and supports community by volunteering various organizations supporting social causes like Muscular Dystrophy, Breast Cancer Awareness, and March of Dimes.
